Lee Flour Mill information posted
Since I posted
a couple of articles about my Lee Flour Mill on the
Bread Baker's Digest list some time ago, every so often someone emails a question about the flour mill.
So I thought I would scan all the info I have and post it. Google will reveal it to future enquirers (isn't science wonderful?).
